I am a licensed professional counselor that takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My passion is supporting individuals in tapping into and living in accordance with their own inner compass. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. I am grounded in the philosophy that our minds and bodies are inextricably connected, and that the most effective therapy takes an integrative approach to the system.
