I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience. I specialize in helping adults experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, loss of loved ones, relationships, and stress. I draw upon 26 years of military service and nine overseas deployments to bring meaningful perspective to my therapeutic work. My passion for serving others is reflected in the care and commitment I bring to each client. I have extensive experience with overcoming life traumas and improving personal communication.
I provide psycho-education to help you understand your experiences. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their goals and create positive change.
