Many of the women I work with are women of color and Haitian women who have spent a long time carrying everything on their own. You may look like you are doing fine on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. You might be navigating burnout, depression, people pleasing, relationship stress, or the impact of past experiences that still show up in your body and daily life. Your goal may be to feel calmer, more confident, emotionally stable, and more connected to yourself.

In therapy, I help you slow down and make sense of what you have been carrying. My approach is trauma informed, warm, structured, and culturally responsive. We work on emotional regulation, boundaries, self worth, and healing from trauma. I often incorporate inner child work to support the parts of you that learned to survive early on, and to help you build
