Life stressors may often times become too overwhelming for one individual to handle. I am dedicated to helping you explore these experiences, identify a support system, and assist you through rebuilding the necessary skills which will help you manage those daily life stressors. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families of a diverse background, which has strengthened my multi-cultural lens. I provide a warm and strength-based environment to help you reach the best version of yourself. Regardless of what you might have heard, it is OK to seek mental health support. Engaging in therapy is simply another form of self-care.
When working with individuals, I maintain a systemic view, which allows me to increase awareness of how our relational patterns influence us. My therapeutic approaches include but are not limited to: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
