We offer targeted trauma therapy, and I also offer EMDR intensives. Intensives allow us to go directly to the root and resolve issues in a short amount of time as compared to weekly or bi-weekly talk therapy. I work with clients with all types of trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, spiritual issues, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and phobias. In our first session or two we will make a plan and start our work, most clients see a shift in symptoms within one to two months. For more recent or a trauma and phobias, you may get relief from symptoms within just a few sessions.
