My name is Aura and I have been working and supporting families in the Rogue Valley since 2013. I specialize in working with teens and young adults however, I am able to treat most clients of any age. Through out my life I have been a Public Safety officer, a CNA, and an LPN in the valley and elsewhere so I bring a broad range of experiences to my practice that enable me to support clients and meet them where they are at. Currently I also perform crisis work and have supported people through some of the toughest periods in their lives.
I practice Reality Therapy primarily however I use various other modalities to support clients. Reality therapy focuses on decision making with the guiding principle that people are happier and healthier when they have more control over their lives. One way to gain control is by making healthier decisions that support the life the client envisions.
I look forward to meeting potential clients and discussing your needs. The work done in an initial meeting is so that I can get to know you and as the client you can get a feel for my style.
