I’m a licensed therapist offering telehealth for women and teen girls. I support those tired of over-functioning and holding everything together, helping them reconnect with themselves, build healthier relationships, and manage life’s demands with clarity. My work focuses on moving beyond survival mode into alignment, self-trust, and intentional growth, not just getting by, but truly evolving.

In our work together, we slow things down and focus on learning practical tools to manage emotions, feel safer in relationships, and show up as yourself without overgiving or self-abandoning. I work with concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and relatable, meeting you where you are while honoring the person you’re becoming. That might look like breathing through tough moments, setting boundaries, reclaiming your voice, and choosing yourself. Many women have learned to survive by being strong, perfect, accommodating, or emotionally self-sufficient. But survival is not the same as feeling whole. Whole, Not Perfect is an intimate, therapist-led healing circle for women ages 25 and up who are ready to release perfectionism, reconnect with themselves, and build emotional safety from within. Facilitated by two Black women therapists, this space is culturally responsive, affirming, and designed for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode. This is not about fixing yourself. This is about remembering you were never broken.
