I am passionate about working with folx struggling with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and trauma; navigating boundary work; and coping and living with overall difficulties that accompany the human experience. I strive to create a warm and culturally responsive space where you will feel heard, understood, and empowered. I also strive to help clients move from surviving to living.
My approach is flexible and grounded in a client-centered, trauma-focused lens. I utilize polyvagal theory while implementing self-compassion into sessions. I often use visual aids, books, and creative prompts to deepen understanding and insight.
