I’m a therapist who believes that real healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. I draw from person-centered, feminist, and Internal Family Systems approaches to help you better understand yourself and the world around you. As a queer, transgender therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room, especially when working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I love helping people untangle the expectations and systems that may be holding them back so they can move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Therapy is meaningful work—and yes, we can laugh along the way. Our first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you have about therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we go at your pace.
