My ideal client and those I serve best are people who struggle with anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, ADHD, Autism, and OCD. I love helping people find their authentic self and invite in the peace and calm we all need right now. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. I have worked with individuals of all ages, races, sexual orientations, genders, and more, and I provide a space of safety and empathy. My number one priority in therapy is the human I'm working with and how they feel in our sessions.

I provide many different options of therapies, and my favorite is relational-based. I believe it is important for me to get to know and understand people as a whole before diving deeper. I like to get to know those I work with well, so I can provide the best treatment tailored to their individual needs. I am a transgender man who is active in advocacy.

I know reaching out to therapists can be stressful and sometimes disappointing. I strive to create a safe, kind, and understanding environment for all individuals.
