I firmly believe that addressing the mind, body, and spirit is the foundation of healing and growth. As an LPC specializing in Christian counseling for marriage and family, my calling is to guide individuals and families through the challenges of anxiety and relational difficulties with a compassionate, faith-centered approach. I help clients address emotional struggles while deepening their relationships with one another and with God. My ultimate goal is to equip individuals and families with the tools they need to thrive, grounded in faith and empowered by hope.
My approach to counseling is centered on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and valued. Combining techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focus, and Christian principles.
