I am a licensed child, adolescent, adult, and family therapist. My specialties include play therapy for children three and up, therapy for teens, parent guidance and analytically oriented therapy for adults.
I am intensively trained in DBT. This therapy has shown to be effective in helping teens and adults work through difficulties with mood swings, impulsivity, and interpersonal relationships. I also have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy for children and adolescents, allowing me to tailor my approach to the uniqueness of each child and family.
My work with children deeply informs my work with adults. I am particularly attuned to adults who have experienced childhood trauma, anxiety throughout the lifespan, and challenges interpersonally.
