My approach to working with clients is warm and collaborative. I believe our trust-building and mutual collaboration are foundational to the process of change. I take a non-pathologizing approach to mental health, seeking out the root of the issues at hand.

Together, we discover ways to heal in a way that is often times imaginative and rooted in the mind-body connection. I integrate my knowledge of the neurobiology of trauma into my work with clients, and through this trauma-informed lens.

I help clients increase feelings of safety within their body and their awareness of emotions in their body, and we process trauma from a place of felt safety.
