What the mind can conceive it can achieve. Attend sessions to process your feelings, thoughts and concerns. Accomplish your goals. Create your personal Tranquil Space to practice Mindfulness. Feel better!
We establish a therapeutic working rapport. We commit to a specific time, day and space to meet. We decide what to talk about. We take baby steps to reaching goals. We are mindful of self as we learn about self after traumatic events. We agree to persevere to the goal you set using your perceived time. Healing and discovery takes time. Commit to self-love.
We will meet four times monthly. I am booking for one hour Saturday appointments from 1 PM to 4:00 PM. One hour sessions No Holidays I know you’re busy and don’t have time to waste. Let’s be on time as a goal. Thank you.
