Do you find the stress in your life is making it difficult to get through your day? Are you overwhelmed by challenges at work, school, home, or in your relationships? When dealing with these kinds of struggles, it is helpful to have someone who will listen without judgment and walk with you on your journey. I assist clients with communication, boundaries, self-esteem, and healing from painful experiences. With the support of the therapeutic relationship, you can navigate challenges with increased confidence and enjoy a greater sense of inner peace.
My primary areas of focus include ADHD, autism, trauma, grief, anxiety, and parents of children with disabilities and/or neurodivergence. I provide a welcoming space for folks in the LGBTQ+ community and those who experience chronic illness. Modalities I typically use include mindfulness, EMDR, somatic strategies, and the creative arts.
