In order to make sense of what is happening to you, both emotionally and behaviorally, we will look at past and present stress. Through a trusting relationship we learn together how anxiety, trauma and/or depression developed in your mind and body. Out of this old patterns can change along with the chance for you to live a more genuine and meaningful life.
I have been in private psychotherapy practice for over 25 years. I have a special interest in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression and complex trauma or PTSD. Couples are welcome. My style can be described as engaged, intuitive and accessible.
