I work with teens (12+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional challenges. Using an eclectic, personalized approach grounded primarily in CBT and SFBT, I tailor every session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
