True DBT with an intensively trained clinician following adherent DBT. Learn Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotional Regulation skills to better their lives! DBT saves lives, and alters the future by teaching how to be in the moment, check the facts and to respond effectively rather than impulsively. This is most effective when clients are seeking individual therapy as well to incorporate these skills into their lives. Stand Up Girl Tween DBT group

Middle school group for girls utilizing all the modules of traditional DBT teen skills group. Group is open to only 6-8th graders who are struggling with relationships, self-confidence and self-harm. This is the light at the end of the tunnel. DBT skills learned early in life has been shown to positively alter the life trajectory often lessoning adult onset of BPD and depression.
