My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can find clarity, heal and flourish. I obtained my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler Graduate School and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies from Metropolitan State University.
I work with a wide range of adults experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, communication difficulties, relationship concerns, and more. When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children, and German Shepherd, Yoshi. You can often find me walking by the lake with friends or traveling with my family.
