Hi, I’m Audrey! Are you a fellow over-thinker? Do you find yourself struggling to stay present? Are you noticing unhelpful patterns in your relationships? Are you feeling stuck in your healing journey? If you answered yes to any of these questions, an experiential approach to therapy could be really helpful. I offer equine therapy sessions that help you tackle challenges in the presence of horses. Horses are really good at showing us who we are and can provide us real-time, nonjudgmental feedback as to how we might want to change something. Equine therapy uncovers our greatness and shows us what we need.
I partner with equine specialist Terry Kozak at You Are Herd to offer this unique experience. In a typical equine session, we will ask you, “What do you want to do?” or “What do you want to work on?” You then get to choose the focus of the session and what you would like to do with the horse. And we are there to help if you are feeling stuck!
I enjoy working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem or self-worth, substance abuse or addiction, and trauma.
