Hi, and thank you for being here, I know that looking for a therapist can be extremely intimidating, and a vulnerable process. I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out for support. And while your therapeutic work can be uncomfortable and challenging, I do my best to provide a warm, accepting, and easy place for you to talk about and work through the hard stuff. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you create an experience of perspective change, personal growth, and healing. Through this I hope to help you open up new possibilities and create a new path to move forward.
My approach is rooted in collaboration and trust. I want to help you challenge negative beliefs, build self-compassion, and open avenues of self-growth. Through cognitive and experiential approaches including mindfulness practices and brainspotting I help you reconnect to your emotions and intentionally engage with overwhelming experiences to become unstuck.
I primarily work with individuals and couples who are struggling with eating disorders, relationship issues, anxiety and self-esteem. Life has many challenges and while challenges can be overwhelming and painful, I look forward to building a partnership with you to help guide you through them. You deserve connection and healing. Call when you're ready.
