Do you feel weighed down by the impact of trauma—past abuse, loss, or painful relationships—that affects your daily life, relationships, or sense of self? Many survivors feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or unsure if healing is possible. My passion is helping people recover from trauma, find hope, and reclaim freedom. I come from a Biblically-based perspective and believe God is our ultimate healer, but I also respect and honor each person’s unique spiritual journey. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
I’m passionate about supporting survivors of trauma, human trafficking, and abuse, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and OCD.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and offer a safe, compassionate space for healing. Using person-centered therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and EMDR, we’ll work together toward hope and freedom.
As a human trafficking and abuse survivor, I am deeply passionate about helping my clients find healing, freedom, and peace. I approach each client from a person-centered lens.
