Healing begins where you feel safe. Trauma — whether from abuse, loss, betrayal, or unsafe relationships — can leave you feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unsure how to reclaim your sense of self. You may feel stuck in survival mode, repeating patterns that no longer serve you, or carrying a story that still hasn’t found its ending. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space where healing feels possible, your voice matters, and a new chapter can begin. As a survivor, my own lived experience with trauma shapes the empathy and care I bring into the therapy room.
I’m an EMDR-trained trauma counselor associate helping children and adults heal from anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, abuse, and emotional pain through evidence-based and faith-integrated counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their purpose.
I graduated from WTAMU with a Bachelor of Music Education Degree and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Outside of counseling, I love spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, walking my dog, scrolling on social media, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
