I take a trauma-informed, person-centered stance to help you uncover your own goals and collaboratively work with you to meet those goals primarily drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment, and acceptance and commitment (ACT) perspectives.
I work with adults of all ages and am experienced in working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and more.
