Life's challenges can seem overwhelming at times, whether we are dealing with self-worth issues, social anxiety, depression, marital or other relational issues, stress in the workplace, job dissatisfaction, spiritual uncertainty, financial issues, or a general dissatisfaction with life. My goal is to help you to find joy, peace, and fulfillment through your connection with God.
I utilize the Arno Profile System (A.P.S.) temperament analysis profile along with counseling to help you understand your inborn temperament and gain insight as to how God wired you. Understanding your inborn temperament can help facilitate the changes you desire to make in your mental and emotional health, as well as in your life.
Helping people to draw on their relationship with God to gain insight and make positive changes has been my passion since my teen years. It will be an honor to have the opportunity to support you on your journey. I look forward to your call.
