I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, struggling in relationships, or navigating life changes that feel bigger than they expected. My goal is to create space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported every step of the way. For more than 10 years I have helped adolescents and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. As a mother of 2 boys I understand how quickly life can become overwhelming & how hard it can be to prioritize your own needs.
I have a special passion for womens mental health & support clients through pregnancy concerns, postpartum, motherhood, fertility concerns, & menopause-related transitions. I also have extensive experience working with Veterans & their familes through my work with the Department of Veteran Affairs.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, & grounded in genuine connection. I am EMDR trained and help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build greater confidence in moving forward. Together, we will work toward healing, growth, & creating a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
