My name is Dr. Audrey Levy, LMFT, and I live on a houseboat. I am experienced in helping my clients deal with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Loss and Grief Recovery, Substance Abuse, Crisis Counseling, and Stress Reduction.
My primary approach is Solution focused therapy, and I accomplish this through Compassion focused therapy, Eclectic therapy, Emotionally focused therapy, Family therapy, Grief therapy, Meditation / mindfulness, and Positive psychology.
