Many of us believe we should have everything figured out, but it's normal to feel lost at times or struggle to understand ourselves. Maybe you long for meaning, authenticity, and connection, but often life feels like something you’re just pushing through. Moving forward requires deeply understanding ourselves, examining past wounds, challenging limiting beliefs, and even facing parts of ourselves we prefer to ignore. This journey is easier with a compassionate guide who offers non-judgmental support and curiosity, and who can help support you as you work through difficult emotions and patterns to build a life you enjoy.

The clients I work with want more than surface-level change and are courageously curious about their inner lives. I treat adults with histories of trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, sexual addiction or sexual issues, neurodivergence, existential or spiritual concerns, difficulty with life transitions and relationships, insomnia, and sleep issues.

You are the expert on your own life, and together, we can explore your inner world to gain a deeper understanding of you, your relationships, and your life. I hope to help you clarify your past, create space for healing, and foster greater safety, freedom, and connection in your life so that you can find a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful.
