I enjoy helping people find freedom in their lives. Freedom from pain in their past, freedom from feeling stuck in patterns they want to change, and freedom to become the best version of themselves.
My training and experience is in working with adolescents and adults dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief, life transitions, parenting struggles, religious trauma, spirituality, PTSD, and sexual abuse. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
It takes courage to face our inner struggles and work towards transformation. I believe that true change requires us to delve into uncomfortable places and confront our fears and anxiety. My role is to guide you on this journey by helping you identify and overcome the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that are holding you back.
