Seasons of Woman
The Seasons of Woman is an 8-week depth therapy group for women at any stage of life. Moving through the archetypal seasons — Maiden, Mother, Maga, and Crone — we explore the physiological initiations that shape women's lives: menarche, first sexuality, birth and matrescence, perimenopause, and menopause. The work is grounded in archetypal psychology, somatic awareness, and relational processing. We examine the ancestral, cultural, and familial stories inherited about our bodies. These are archetypal energies, not identities. You need not be a biological mother, have experienced these transitions, or identify with any season to belong. All ages welcome.

Threshold of Birth ~ Pregnancy & Postpartum
Birth is one of the most significant experiences of a woman's life — and one of the least processed. Threshold of Birth is a small virtual therapy group for women in the third trimester of pregnancy and the postpartum period. We gather weekly to process birth experiences, explore the identity transformation that motherhood initiates, and find language for what you lived through. New members are welcomed on a rolling basis. Individual intake required prior to joining. Private pay, sliding scale available. Virtual & open to all of California.
