My specialties include healing through play therapy, expressive arts, sandtray therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am an EMDRIA approved clinician for trauma treatment through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
