As a Marriage Family Therapist, I approach issues from a systemic perspective to help clients navigate the impact those dynamics have on individual well-being. I am trained in IFS - Internal Family Systems, the Gottman Method for couples and EMDR. My experience working in residential youth treatment brings a deep understanding of complex family interactions.
