I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents. In my work with my clients, I like to put emphasis on the client as the driving force. My goal is to provide a supportive, safe environment in which topics and issues can be explored and addressed safely, while the client feels validated and accepted. My hope is for my clients to achieve the goals and the life they want and envision, while my role is to support and facilitate the process.
I have experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, abuse, domestic violence as well as behavioral and life transition issues. My modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Treatment, Solution Focused and Person-Centered Therapy.
