Humans were never meant to face life’s challenges alone, and thankfully you don’t have to. As your therapist, it is always my top priority to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel free to be your most authentic self. My hope is that we can explore not just what brings you to therapy, but the deeper aspects of what fundamentally makes you the person you are today.
I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. My experience includes working with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, relational issues, and grief. Additionally, I have specialized training in art therapy and believe everyone has the potential to benefit from implementing this creative practice into their journey.
Therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process between counselor and client. By using an individual’s already existing strengths to work towards their personal goals, I tailor my approach to the uniqueness of the client and their needs. Together, we will explore what it means for you to live a life in line with your values.
