I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience serving the community in various capacities such as LGBTIA+, identity issues, relationship concerns, and neurodivergency. It’s important to me that you leave each session with the tools needed to accomplish your goals. My goal is for you to feel heard, validated, and supported in each session. My ideal client is open to changing unhelpful thoughts and adopting new and healthy ways of thinking.
I earned a Master’s in Education from Indiana University. I offer a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
