I can help you learn to more effectively manage your difficulties and increase your ability to fully experience the joys of life.

This could lead you to over-prepare, try to control outcomes, and avoid certain situations. Over time, you may lose your ability to relax and enjoy life. I can help you to develop more effective skills and to reclaim your joy.

I welcome clients of every ethnicity, cultural background, gender and sexual identity. I practice cultural humility. I work with many LGBTQ+ folks. I have extensive experience working with immigrants - particularly those from Spanish-speaking countries - and first-generation Americans. I provide therapy in English and Spanish.
