I specialize in individual, couples and family counseling. I use a blended model of care with teens and young adults that views mental health and substance use through an age-appropriate, self-medication, developmental lens. I treat co-occurring disorders, trauma, PTSD, general anxiety and depression in individuals, couples and families.
