I offer psychospiritual therapy and coaching, and am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping). I also draw on energy work, meditation, prayer, and self-care. I can help you nurture your inner child, integrate your faith more deeply, and grow your trust in the divine or higher power.
As a Highly Sensitive and spiritually oriented musician as well as a practitioner, I know the negative patterns that can get in the way of using and enjoying our gifts.
