I love supporting clients to become more of their best selves, to lean into more creativity, love, and leadership in their lives, in whatever ways they’re inspired to. Whether it’s fear, avoidance, self-doubt, or a need for more integration of your healing, we can collaborate to support your growth, self-care, and flourishing. I offer psychospiritual therapy and coaching, and am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, aka "Tapping”). My approach is collaborative, and we can adapt these modalities to suit your needs.
After 15 years of my own inner work, I enjoy supporting other therapists as well as people experienced in therapy who want to take their inner work to the next level. As a queer person of faith connected to multiple cultures and practices, I have great reverence for others’ spiritual life, from Orthodox religion to personal, mystical, or syncretic faith.
I love supporting clients of any background/race in the rainbow. And I love co-creating a safe space where any aspect of a client's experience can be freely expressed and explored, where our friendly, gentle attention can allow for organic growth, healing and empowerment.
