I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience serving adults of all ages in mental health and addiction treatment settings. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and substance use disorders. I am available for Tele-Health sessions.

I enjoy meeting people where they are at in their journey and collaborating with them to help them achieve their personal goals utilizing evidence-based practices. My approach is strengths based and I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I offer a warm, honest, non-judgmental and solutions focused approach. If you are feeling stuck and like you need to make a change, but don't know where to start I would be happy to walk alongside you. Together we can uncover unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns as well as underlying reasons and work towards developing healthier coping strategies.
