I offer a positive approach and unconditional presence to help you feel better and learn ways to change problematic patterns. We'll combine different methods (Gestalt, EMDR, hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing) to help you make positive changes. I'll guide you to find your own answers and get your life back on track. I'm a Gestalt Psychotherapist and energy-oriented Psychoanalyst, experienced and compassionate. I offer you safe space to know yourself better. Using Gestalt awareness, contact, breathwork, hypnosis, EMDR, SE, we'll discover body tension that often holds emotions and memories that may present barriers between yourself and others.
