In utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach, I primarily draw upon strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Strength-Based perspectives. I work with adolescents (age 14+) young adults, and adults who may be experiencing a variety of symptoms including anxiety, depression, concerns around self-esteem, and those going through a significant life transition. I also have extensive experience in the areas of chronic illness, developmental disability including Autism spectrum disorder, and learning disorders including ADHD.
I provide a warm and supportive environment that allows for self-reflection and encourages conversation and therapeutic collaboration. My goal is to meet a client where they are, and together work to identify their inherent strengths while focusing on desired areas of change.
Life's challenges and stressors do not have to be faced alone. I encourage you to reach out to our office so we can begin the journey towards long lasting and positive change.
