I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, loss, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, abuse, sexual assault and human trafficking through trauma-informed care. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences, build coping skills, gain confidence, and reconnect with your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
When working with clients, I take a warm, collaborative approach to help you feel safe, seen, and supported throughout the therapy process. I draw from Person-Centered Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment theories, and Somatic Informed modalities, to meet you where you are and support your goals.
