I am a therapist who really has a passion to help others. . I tend to be solution focused, focusing on understanding the past but putting energy towards improving the future. I have experience in treating individuals with a variety of issues. I understand that reaching out to get help can feel overwhelming and frightening. I am here to help you in a respectful, private, non-judgmental, and compassionate way. In addition, I also provide Christian Counseling and conduct on line, as well as phone counseling. Therapy is an act of courage and I want you to know that I appreciate your strength!
I have extensive experience working with , anxiety, depression, LGBT, loss/grief, death/dying, job loss, relationship issues, and life transitions to name a few. I am also a credentialed guidance counselor and special education teacher and have been a hospice volunteer for many years. Currently not seeing anyone under 18 years or couples.
