—I have a female-focused practice. Female consent is key in my practice. All requests for therapy MUST be initiated by a woman. — I help women reclaim their sexual identity again after trauma. I work with sexual health concerns, including mental barriers that prevent enjoyment of sexual experiences. I do not specialize in male sexual disorders, and work within the scope of my expertise.
In addition to my Social Work license, I have certification in Marriage and Family therapy. I am proud to have completed the Sex Therapy and Education Certificate program at University of Michigan. I offer a variety of combined techniques to address the clients' goals from their own perspective. I help clients define, clarify, and achieve their goals.
I run a client-led, solution-focused practice. Your goals drive what we address in session. I won't "keep you" in ongoing treatment if you don't need it. I strive to help my clients along their wellness path and provide them with a counseling home to return to for a "tune up" should they need services again.
