We will work together to identify, understand and then address the issues that are causing you trouble in your life. I specialize in a number of patient concerns including anxiety, depression, coping with chronic illness and other medical concerns, coping with major life transitions, relationship issues, grief/loss, women's issues and stress management.
I have been treating individuals and couples for more than 32 years. I am experienced in many therapy approaches and techniques including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, insight, solution-focused and relationship approaches, and we will be able to draw on all my training and experience to customize therapy for you.

Living Well With Chronic Illness Group Coaching

No matter how difficult your circumstances, it is always possible to improve your quality of life. In this PHONE COACHING GROUP, you will talk with other group members about what it's like to live with chronic illness, yet the focus will be on more than simply supporting each other, exchanging ideas and sharing stories. You'll also learn about what helps people to live fulfilling lives, and you'll complete exercises to help you explore ways to apply this to your own life. Group will meet 2x/mo for 8 sessions. Meeting times TBD based on group member availability.
