Elite Performers Zoom
Elite Performers Zoom is a therapist-led psychoeducational and support group for high-performing adults who feel the pressure to hold everything together while managing stress, anxiety, and over-responsibility. Participants often appear capable and successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed or emotionally depleted beneath the surface. This group provides a structured, supportive space to better understand personal patterns, reduce over-functioning, strengthen boundaries, and improve communication.
