I believe therapy is a wellness tool that should be accessible to people of all sexual, racial and gender identities. I work with children, adolescents and young adults with anxiety, mood disorders, gender identity concerns and related issues, emotional dysregulation and behavior disorders. I work closely alongside the parents/guardians of my clients to identify goals and create treatment plans toward meeting these goals. My work with adults includes treating anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity and related issues, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, abuse, relationship challenges, spirituality and religious concerns.
I offer a warm, open environment to allow my clients the space they need to process life’s triumphs and struggles. I work with clients of all ages, but specialize in adolescents and young adults. I work through a person-centered approach, moving at the pace of trust with each client and per their specific needs.
