My therapy philosophy includes a social justice framework because I believe our stories are shaped by our cultural experiences, and often our problems arise from injustice and not personal failings. I am trained in EMDR to aid in processing and alleviating trauma and PTSD for anyone seeking healing and relief from their symptoms.

I work with adults ages 19+ as well as families. If you are seeking therapy for gender identity and sexuality exploration, considering non-monogamy and cultivating your chosen family, and learning about boundaries and how to better show up for yourself, I would love to walk alongside you on this journey. I am credentialed with BCBS and Medicaid.

My experience in substance use disorder treatment informs my belief that there are many paths to sobriety and co-occurring treatment ensures sustainable long-term change.
