Currently telehealth only. Often people come to therapy looking to make sense of how their past experiences fit into the future they are crafting for themselves. I join my clients as a fellow explorer on this journey to write the next chapter and make meaning of their experiences. My therapy philosophy includes a social justice framework because I believe our stories are shaped by our cultural experiences, and often our problems arise from injustice and not personal failings. I am trained in trauma processing and modalities for provided evidenced-based symptom relief. I have clinical experience with neurodivergent affirming care.

I work with adults ages 19+ as well as couples. If you are seeking therapy for gender identity and sexuality exploration, considering non-monogamy and cultivating your chosen family, and learning about boundaries and how to better show up for yourself, I would love to walk alongside you on this journey. I am credentialed with BCBS, Aetna, and Medicaid.

My experience in substance use disorder treatment informs my belief that there are many paths to sobriety and co-occurring treatment ensures sustainable long-term change.
