I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) working with clients throughout the state of Kansas via telehealth. I work with a variety of age ranges including children 5+, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in helping clients in their journey to healing from their trauma experiences using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; however, I also utilize client-centered and play-based approaches to therapy in helping individuals explore and cope with anxiety, stress, and depression symptoms.
I have found that my approach tends to appeal to clients who are struggling with building strong and healthy relationships, who struggle with managing big emotions, who are having difficulty with adjusting to life transitions, and who are struggling to heal from past experiences.
I work to help my clients explore their experiences in a safe space to create a better understanding and stronger acceptance of who they are. I feel that doing this work allows my clients to feel more capable when facing future roadblocks and challenges.
