For my work with individuals, I often incorporate brainspotting (a cousin of EMDR), which gently and intuitively allows for trauma reprocessing in your brain and body, and only done at your own pace. With married couples, I help you strengthen your friendship together. With engaged couples, I use a premarital assessment & curriculum called Prepare/Enrich.

I know what it is to seem "outwardly successful but inwardly defeated," spending many years building my career in corporate insurance and overlooking my mental or emotional needs.
